Beertender

Beertenders work under the Taproom Lead and Taproom Manager, executing daily front-of-house operations while contributing to an excellent, memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide prompt, positive service.
• Take orders and serve Devil's Club products consistently.
• Educate patrons about products and answer questions.
• Bus, clean and maintain the Taproom throughout the day.
• Execute front-of-house daily tasks and operational expectations.
• Handle cash and daily deposits accurately.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs without assistance
• 21+ years of age
• Current TAPS and Alaska Food Worker Card, or ability to acquire within 30 days

Pay & Benefits

$15-$17/hour starting wage based on experience. The current listing includes equal tip share with Back of House, select holidays off, a monthly Taproom spending stipend, and beer plus a shift meal on workdays.
